Al die gerookte produkte word nog in `n rookkamer gerook.

Voorts maak die slaghuis ook Beef Macon en ander beesvleis- produkte. Beef Macon is produkte wat gewoonlik met varkvleis gemaak word; soos Bratwurst; Salami en verskeie soorte polonies; maar stede van varkvleis word beesvleis gebruik.

Daar is naby geen verskil in smaak tussen vark en bees produkte nie.
